Temples with free entry in Turkey

In Turkey free means mosques, open to visitors outside the five daily prayers, and one ancient site. The Blue Mosque and the Suleymaniye lead the Istanbul entries, with the new Grand Camlica on the Asian side, Eyup Sultan up the Golden Horn and Ortakoy on the Bosphorus. Bursa adds the Ulu Cami and Green Mosque. At Selcuk the Temple of Artemis, once a Wonder of the World, is a single column near the Isa Bey Mosque, a quick stop on Ephesus tours. Women cover their hair, and shoes go in the bags provided.
